OneHeartDC was founded to connect pastors from across our region, to strengthen, support, and uphold them, allowing them to fulfill their calling and positively impact the lives of people across our region.

We desire to transform our region, our nation, and beyond not by the power of politics but by the power of Jesus. We aim to saturate D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, with disciples who multiply disciples where they live, learn, work and play. As a global gateway, we can reach the diaspora in our midst who are connected to some of the world's least-reached people groups.

Crossed Bridges is a movement to unify our community to meet our greatest needs. 

We believe this is a kairos (divinely strategic) moment in history. We are, according to Jesus, in the last days and we are closer to the last of the last days than ever before. We recognize there is growing spiritual opposition but, more importantly, a divine increase in opportunities and empowerment. We are convinced that we can most fully participate in God’s work in this critical season through passionate and persistent prayer. Jesus left behind only one structure – a prayer meeting, the Upper Room gathering – through which He intended to empower His followers to change the world.

Our vision is to convey to all people Good News, that we receive not only salvation but also the fullness of the inheritance through Jesus Christ.

ESI exists to provide support and covering for congregational leaders and ministries; to see the fulfillment of their vision and calling.

We who affiliate with this congregation are new creations in the sight of God. We have a radical commitment to the Lordship of Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) as Melech Israel (King of Israel) and Melech HaGoyim (King of the Nations).

The Word of God (the Tanakh & Brit Chadashah) is the central authority in our lives. We are dedicated to a daily devotional time of Scripture meditation and prayer. We believe that Jewish people who recognize Yeshua as the Messiah retain their complete Jewish identity.

In the 1980s Dan Juster, a leader in the burgeoning Messianic movement, was challenged by a friend regarding the restoration of the Church by five fold leadership (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers). He began to gain a vision for the restored unity of the Body of Believers, and the foundations for restoration began to grow.

Many years later, the Tikkun America network now represents over 30 congregations and ministries in North America and is part of the broader Tikkun Global Family.
